These are rare at Wintergreen and can be found only in the RoseWood Village section of Stoney Creek. If you are looking for maintenance free, 55+ living, you will find it in the attached homes of RoseWood Village.

Detached Homes

As you might imagine in a development that encompasses more than 11,000 acres, there is a wide variety of home styles and sizes from which to choose at Wintergreen. On the mountain, you will find homes ranging from the small and quintessential cabin to the spacious and grand estate. In the Stoney Creek valley of Wintergreen, you will also find a wide variety of homes but in general, the homes are designed more for year-round living than those on the mountain where there is a stronger tendency for owners to view a home as a vacation getaway. Like condos, home sites on the mountain can be found in a variety of locations including golf-front, ski-front, and on the edge of incredible mountain views while in Stoney Creek you will find similar offerings minus the ski-front.

Buildable Lots

We are often asked if there is a requirement to build within a certain period of time, and there is not. So, you can find the perfect lot today and hold on to it until you are ready to build. You may also use any builder of your own choosing.
